Bun Basket Bakery specializes in a variety of exotic and unusual breads that are both delicious and healthy. Homemade Indian curries and poppadums and commercial curries, pickles, and chutneys are available.
The bread is baked daily. Here are a few of the varieties we make.
Buns and Rolls come in the same wide variety as our breads. Basic dinner rolls, and buns for hamburgers and hotdogs to flax, muesli, kornkracker and calabrese rolls, buns and bagels.
We supply a number of local restaurants and always have room for more business customers. Individual special orders are also accepted.
Campers and hikers have found our Flax bread and rolls keep very well for extended travelling. For up to two weeks the bread may remain naturally mold free from the presence of the Flax mill within the bread. Kept in a paper bag the rolls keep quite nicely. Allowed to dry they keep longer, and only have to be moistened and warm to be enjoyed.
We are located at the corner of First Street and Fifth Avenue in Orangeville in a small Plaza on the West side of First Street.
